Hereby 3D2B S.r.l., located in Via Marsala 29H, 00185 Rome, Italy - VAT number: 07599231003 which can be reached at the following telephone number: +39 0697844660 or at the following e-mail: privacy@3d2b.com  wants to inform Users on how personal data are processed, pursuant to art. 13 of the General Regulation on Data Protection (EU Regulation 2016/679 – “GDPR”) when 3D2B act as a Data Controller, determining the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.

For instance, following navigation on our site, personal data concerning identified or identifiable persons may be processed; so you can read our website privacy statement,  (valid only for this website, not for others).

You can also read our cookie policy; in this website we make use of third party cookies to include Youtube videos, or to use software components necessary for connecting contact forms to our systems. That is why some content may be blocked if you don’t express consent; however, you’ll still be able to contact us or to send us your resume, when applying for job positions.

Also, if you’re a Client’s or Provider’s Representative, we may need to process your personal data to reply to information requests, to establish business relationships or to finalize precontractual /contractual steps. When natural persons are included in a contract, as a Client or as a Provider, Consultant, etc., his/her personal data shall be processed either for all services connected to the relationship, either for any relevant legal obligation.

If you’re instead a candidate for a recruiting process, more detailed information is needed, since we collect more personal data.

3D2B uses some Cloud-based Services, provided by non -EU Companies (i.e SalesForce, Microsoft, Dropbox, Google, Jazz, etc.); in this case, though the best Cloud providers have been selected to ensure adequate guarantees for the protection and retention of personal  data, as provided for by art. 46 G.D.P.R., some issues are still present after USA Privacy Shield Mechanism invalidation by Court of Justice of the European Union. Users shall be aware, wether their  personal data fall into GDPR application or not, that their personal data may be stored in data centers which, due to USA laws Cloud Act, FISA 702 e EO 12333, could be subject to enforced access by USA Authorities.  

3D2B, however, makes its best to ensure updated Standard contractual clauses with data processors, and uses end to end encryption whenever possible.

Personal data will be kept for the period of time strictly necessary for the provision of the service or services requested and only for the purposes for which they were conferred, in compliance with the principle of necessity of the storage time of processing.

When the legal basis for the processing is the contract, the maximum time period for keeping data after its conclusion is 10 years, due to legal obligations, unless a longer period is necessary (e.g. for judicial reasons or any safeguard needed in the legitimate interest of 3D2B).

Cookie consent will last 6 months.

Data subjects may exercise their rights to access your personal data, to request correction, updating and deletion or limitation, if incomplete, erroneous or collected in violation of the law, as well as to oppose the processing for legitimate reasons or to obtain portability. In particular, users  are entitled to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning them, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form. The above rights are exercised with a request made without formalities to the Data Controller, directly or through an appointee, by sending an e-mail to the following e-mail address: privacy@3d2b.com

3D2B has also appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who may be contacted at the following email address: dpo@3d2b.com for any request.

The DPO is a person skilled in data protection, whose task is to evaluate whether personal data are processed in a lawful and correct manner.
