    You can rely on us to acquire and build sales leads generation lists that properly target your best prospects to maximize your results. We acquire only verified lists from reputable compilers, publishers and other trusted data sources that can be filtered by industry (SIC), employees and/or revenue, as well as by purchasing responsibility and job function.

  • Do you record / monitor calls? +

    Local and federal laws differ between states and countries. In some states and countries it is legal to record and listen into calls without notifying the other caller; however, in some states and countries, two-party notification is required. All inbound calls that we receive to dedicated inbound numbers are recorded and provide a recorded notification message.

  • What reports do you provide on a project? +

    As a standard, we provide campaign status reports to show the progress of the business to business lead generation and all other activities, lead conversion rates, country- and/or industry-specific reports, and any other reporting that may provide tangible information to drive the project to success.

    It is a preference of 3D2B to assign only full-time, dedicated agents to each client project. However, on case-by-case basis, a project may require adding agents that are not full time.

  • Will you provide the database with a campaign? +

    If required, 3D2B can provide a database for your activity.

  • Will you translate my documents? +

  • Can I speak with the agents before we hire you to make sure they are qualified? +

  • Can you work on our CRM directly? +

    Yes, given appropriate access.

  • Who creates the script? +

    Our agents never work from a script -- whether they are conducting sales lead generation, appointment setting services, sales lead qualification or other services. Based on your requirements, we will work with you to develop your qualification criteria.

  • Who trains the agents? +

    3D2B provides all the sales, soft skills, industry training, and general product training. You would be required to provide us with product specifics and how your products are to be positioned against the competition.

  • How do you handle competing clients? +

    As a rule of thumb, we do not solicit competitor clients. In cases where we are running competitor projects simultaneously, they are managed by a separate management team and work in separate locations in our facilities. Everyone on our staff works under a non-disclosure agreement -- confidentiality and security are our highest priorities.
