After having worked within administration and customer service on the Italian market for many years, Annika got to know about 3D2B in 2007 and really loved the idea of being able to work “at home” while living in Italy. She was hired and started doing business development on the Swedish market. After a year she became Team Leader for the Nordic countries and this is still her position. She is responsible for the performance of a team of 8 people as well as their training. She makes sure that everybody meets the goals and does so with motivation and team spirit. She is SPIN certified and also has a certification in MI, Motivational Interviewing.


In her free time Annika likes writing. She writes mostly in her own language, Swedish. She has written a book, many articles and has her own blog. She also teaches English to Italians.
